In China....the classier restaurants bring out the eating utensils seram wrapped. Is seram wrap considered a disinfectant? I mean....everyone knows the utensils are not new.....and the cleaning is probably the same either way.....so what's the purpose? The WORLD MAY NEVER KNOW!
