Chop OFF...Chop ON

Is it just me or does this sound a little threatening? What if I don't want to be made CHOP? Do I have to pay to be made CHOP...or are they offering some sort of compensation? Is there any guarantee that the process of being made chop will take precisely 3 minutes? Is a 5 minute chop higher or lower in quality than a 3 minute chop? The world may never know!
