The Chinese Riddle

Here's an engineering riddle....Lets say you have 1 air-conditioner....and two SEPARETE rooms in a massage parlor that you need to cool. Additionally, you do not have the finances to buy a 2nd air conditioner or the know-how to build one from scratch. How do you solve this problem? (You have 30 seconds to answer)
