Satisfactory, Average, or Dissatisfied


We went to the bank to open an account for me (The Agricultural Bank of China). I thought that this was a very funny idea that I would love to see implemented in the US service industry. It's a little standup tablet that has a rating system. At the bottom are buttons that say Satisfactory, Average, and Dissatisfied. It takes the input from customers at the bank and then shows a customer service rating for the representative. Could you imagine such a thing for waiters, clerks and hookers. (Hookers are in the service industry also).
