Though I wasn't a fan of the Chicken feet, my favorite food so far is Pig Intestine. I even know how to ask for it in a restaurant. Tyeah Pan Fe Chan. It's sauteed in onions and peppers and is a must-have. I highly recommend it. FIVE STARS!
