I know why Nemo was so hard to find…..he’s here in China. It does not get any fresher than this. Though you can’t see it in the picture the heads of these fish are STILL MOVING….as are the bodies. There is a large tent near my property that houses a market. I love walking through it and looking at the different foods available. You can’t imagine the variety in China. One of the best foods is fish. Though it’s a little uncomfortable to eat with chopsticks it is cooked in such a unique and delicious way. It’s very soft and almost comes right off the bone when it’s served. I’d love to learn how to cook some of these dishes.
